Great low budget option

For the price this place is a great deal. Clean rooms, good breakfast and nice pool. Free bikes and good location, easy to bike to beach or town. If you are after a good low budget hotel then this small place is ideal.

Quiet scenic location and comfortable rooms

Quiet scenic location along the river. Loved staying here to get away from the noise of traffic. Staff was excellent. Rooms very comfortable. Provided bikes free to ride to nearby restaurants and the beach. Helped with getting taxi’s to Hoi An. Arranged a car for a day of sightseeing and then a ride to the airport. Ordered cooked breakfast included. Refreshing pool.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. Our kids loved the pool and biking around the area. The hotel is beautiful, well attended gardens and very peaceful next to the river.

There weren't many restaurants around.

Except the toilet smell, everything was perfect.

a lovely small villa with 13 rooms in a quiet location. The most of rooms have river view & swimming pool view together, and also have small balconies outside.

The bad small from the toilet bowl (drain).
